In general, the real estate agents comply to all the requirements set by the sellers, but in my opinion the agents must tell the sellers that this transaction can be best off if they both work together as a team. The real estate agents must make it clear that “The Sellers Need To Help The Agents To Help them.” If this kind of relationship is not possible then obviously the goal will not be achieved as is being looked forward by both the sellers and the real estate agents.
Some of you might be agreeing with my words and some would think that I am saying that because I am a real estate agent. Since I have been working as an active real estate agent, I know that there are a lot of homes that are either rejected by the buyers or simply put on hold because they were cluttered and things were not organized as they should have been. This just leaves a very bad impression on part of the real estate agent as well as the seller and is going to cost the agents their clients and the sellers a deal.
